Publication dates of periodic reports in 2023

The Management Board of Cavatina Holding S.A. with its registered office in Cracow (“Issuer”) announces the publication dates of periodic reports in 2023:

1. Annual reports for 2022:
   – Separate annual report of the Issuer – March 31, 2023 (Friday).
   – Consolidated annual report of the Issuer’s group – March 31, 2023 (Friday).
2. Consolidated semi-annual report of the Issuer’s capital group:
   – for the first half of 2023 – September 28, 2023 (Thursday).
3. Consolidated quarterly reports of the Issuer’s capital group:
   – for Q1 2023 – May 29, 2023 (Monday).
   – for Q3 2023 – November 27, 2023 (Monday).

Information on possible changes to the above-mentioned dates will be provided in the form of current reports.

Pursuant to § 62 paragraph 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent, the Issuer will not provide separate separate separate quarterly reports and a separate separate separate semi-annual report.
