Management of the Company

Rafal Malarz – President of the Management Board

Rafał Malarz is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. In 2012 he was entered on the list of legal advisors of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice.

Prior to joining Cavatina Holding, Rafał Malarz worked as a trainee attorney at Nowosielski and Partners Law Firm (2009-2013), and then as a legal counsel at Murapol’s Investment Development Department (2013-2016). He has been on the board of directors of Cavatina Holding since 2017.

He has served as chairman of the board since December 31, 2020.

Since the inception of the Cavatina Holding Group, he has held and continues to hold positions on the boards of subsidiaries.

Daniel Draga – Vice President of the Management Board

Daniel Draga is a graduate of finance and accounting at the Department of Corporate Finance and Economic Insurance at the University of Economics in Katowice. In 2006, he participated in a scholarship program conducted by Jönköping International Business School in Sweden. He completed specialized courses in accounting, reporting and taxation, auditing, IFRS, business consulting in Poland and abroad. He has completed the qualification process to become a certified public accountant conducted by the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors. He is also a participant in the ACCA qualification program.

Prior to joining Cavatina Holding, he worked as an assistant in the Accounting Department, SOX Department at ING Bank Slaski (2005-2006), and then as an assistant, senior and manager in the Audit Department of Ernst&Young Audit Poland (2006-2015) and as a manager in the Corporate Finance Department of Ernst&Young Audit Poland (2015-2017).

He has served as Vice President of the Management Board since November 26, 2020.

Since the inception of the Cavatina Holding Group, he has held and continues to hold positions on the boards of subsidiaries.

Szymon Będkowski – board member

Szymon Będkowski is a law graduate of the University of Orleans and the Faculty of Law at Jagiellonian University in Krakow. In 2018, he was entered in the list of legal advisors of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow.

Szymon Będkowski is a specialist in contract law, with a particular focus on the lease and acquisition of real estate and labor law.

Prior to joining Cavatina Holding, he worked as a trainee attorney at STSW Stoinski, Świerczyński, Zimnicka adwokaci i radcowie based in Krakow (2014-2018). He gained professional experience by serving as president of Resi Capital Group companies from 2020 to 2022.

He has been with Cavatina Holding since 2018, where he expanded his competencies on business background, preparing and negotiating office leases initially as chief lawyer (2018-2019), and then as chief lawyer, lease negotiator and head of the Legal Department (2019-2022).

He has served as a member of the Board of Directors since February 1, 2022.

Supervisory Board of the Company

Among other things, Michal Dziuda is the founder of Murapol, where for many years he was a member of the board of directors (2001-2007), president of the board of directors (2007-2014), and later chaired the supervisory board. He also held positions on the boards of many Murapol Group companies.

Michal Dziuda is also the founder of the Cavatina Holding Group, which he formed, serving as chairman of the board of directors and boards of subsidiaries until the end of 2020.

Filip Dziuda is a graduate of Finance and Accounting at the Department of Corporate Finance and Economic Insurance at the Cracow University of Economics.

Since 2017, Filip Dziuda has been working with Cavatina GW, a company in the Cavatina Holding group, as the person responsible for the land acquisition process, investor relations with external contractors, as well as coordination of office leasing.

Paulina Dziuda is a graduate of architecture and urban planning at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Academy of Krakow.

Since 2017, Paulina Dziuda has been working with Cavatina GW, a company of the Cavatina Holding group, as the person responsible for the comprehensive management of key fit-out processes for the largest and most reputable clients.

Anna Duszanska is a graduate of accounting at the Cracow University of Economics. She has been certified as a certified public accountant since 2006 and ACCA certified since 2011.

She started her professional career in 1999 as a chartered accountant’s assistant at the Financial and Accounting Advice Office of Dr. Rojek in Katowice, then from 2004 to 2015 she worked at Ernst&Young Audyt Polska, among others, as Executive Director. Since 2015, she has been Director of the Accounting and Taxes Office at PKP Cargo.

Agnieszka Wisniewska is a graduate of finance and banking at the University of Economics in Katowice. She also completed postgraduate studies in Controlling organized by the University of Economics in Katowice. In 1999-2000 she took a course for candidates for chief accountant within the Accountants Association in Poland.

She gained her professional experience working as an Accountant at Formex (1997-1999), Deputy Chief Accountant at CD (1999-2004), Chief Accountant at the Institute of Human Health (2001-2004), Chief Accountant at Profireal (2004-2006). From 2007 to 2020, she was associated with Murapol S.A., among others, as Finance Director.
