Subject: Change of the publication date of the separate annual report for 2022 and the consolidated annual report for 2022
The Management Board of Cavatina Holding S.A. with its registered office in KrakĂłw (“Issuer”) announces a change in the date of publication of the separate annual report for 2022 and the consolidated annual report for 2022, the publication of which, in accordance with the information contained in current report No. 2/2023 of 16 January 2022, was to take place on 31 March 2022.
The new publication date for the separate annual report for 2022 and the consolidated annual report for 2022 has been set at 27.04.2023.
The other dates and information indicated in current report number 2/2023 remain unchanged.
