Pursuant to Article 11(19) of MAR, a person discharging managerial responsibilities may not engage in any transactions for his account or for the account of a third party, directly or indirectly, in the issuer’s shares or debt instruments or derivatives or other related financial instruments – for a closed period of 30 calendar days prior to the publication of periodic reports.
