Cavatina Holding has created a unique business model, which is based on the consistent building of extensive competencies within the Group. Cavatina Holding independently manages all key stages of the investment process, from land analysis and acquisition, through design, general contracting and project budget management, to commercialization of the building, finishing, interior design and management of the building in the operational phase. The concentration of all key competencies allows, in addition to flexibility towards the client, to reduce risks and preserve margins within the organization at each stage of execution, which translates into high total margins achieved on ongoing projects.
Cavatina Holding Group's key strategic objective is to achieve by the end of 2025 a 1 million sq. m. GLA portfolio, understood as the sum of completed developments, including those sold, ongoing and planned with land secured and design process initiated.
